Oral and Virtual Presentation  Rules

  • Manuscripts to be sent must be prepared with Windows MS Word. The font of the manuscript must be Times New Roman, line spacing is single, margins are 2.5 cm for all edges with A4 page.
  • The title of the paper should be written in bold capital letters with 12 pt. and center aligned.  After the title, an empty line should be left and the name of the author or authors should be written in the line below with 12 font size aligned center and only the first letters should be written with capital letters. On the next line, the institution information and e-mail address of the author/s should be written. After a space is left, it should be written in capital letters, 12 pt in dark and centered in the line and a summary text should be written in 12 pt from the bottom line and justified in the paragraphs.
  • The title of the paper should be written in capital letters, 12 pt. After the title, an empty line should be left and the name of the authors or authors should be written in the line below, and in 12 font size, only the first letters should be written with capital letters. On the bottom line, the institution information and e-mail address should be written. After a space is left, “Abstract” should be written in capital letters, 12 pt in bold and centered in the line. Finally abstract text is written with 12 pt. Times New Roman and justified in the paragraphs.
  • After the summary text, 12 pt “Keywords” must be written with 3-7 keywords
  • The manuscript must be between 200-500 words with Introduction, Method and for the completed studies Fidings, Discussion and Implications must be written
  • The manuscript must be uploaded to the online registration system of the website
  • All kinds of information related to the symposium, invitation letter, full-text preparation principles and full text will be sent to the e-mail address which is actively used

Manuscript Presentation Rules

  • For oral presentations, each speaker will be given 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes will be given time to answer questions.
  • Virtual presentations will be made in the virtual conference application at the specified date and time. Technical explanations will be made later.
